But that’s not a seasonal flavor and I was surprised. So I just decided to come in inside and make sure they actually don’t have it. And good thing I did because that flavor, clear as day, was sitting right in front of me. So I request a milkshake. The people working there, acted like it’s the first time someone asked for a milkshake. Then they started sighing and rolling their eyes like it’s an inconvenience that I came and asked them to do their job! Well one of them, a girl with red highlights was slamming the microwave door, was throwing lids and groaning about having to make a pick up order. I don’t understand, is it so hard to do your job and not make your customer feel like crap for even wanting to eat there? I work in service industry myself and no matter how my day goes, I never take it out on a customer. The milkshake turned out good tho thus 2 stars.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
