  I asked them if they can make my food fresh they agreed they even had me pull up and wait only to give me cold food. I feel betrayed

  I ordered through an app and the delivery took over an hour despite me living 15 minutes away, my food arrived cold and the ice in my drink was melted, i got regular fries instead of curly fries and the cheese “cups” that i paid extra for were too small to barely be even considered a cup, felt like a ripoff

  Filthy Restrooms and terrible Customer Service! Had we seen the RR's before we ordered, we would've gone elsewhere (FAST!)! It was like an OLD Backwoods Gas Station... it really needs attention! Not everyone can be like Buc-ee's, but this was nasty! Also - the service was ..."What service?" We were overcharged... but they didn't care! Overcooked food didn't make things better!! Come on, Arby's - you can do better! Clean Restrooms and Customer service are both part of the customer experience... It's NOT just about the food!
