  This location consistently - every single time - leaves things out of my order when marked as “on the side” ordering online. It’s always on my receipt correctly and never in the bag. Our food also sat there on the to-go shelf for 20 minutes getting cold because they said it wasn’t ready when it was. All of this to say, don’t bother ordering to-go.

  I love chipotle, however I had a bad experience with my guacamole, I paid a high price for a guacamole portion on my bowl, and I get this on it (picture attached)

  Smallest portions in town. For the price you spend on meals here you would hope the food would match. But No!!! The staff is terrible. Never a welcoming vibe. You will find friendlier people at the DPS office.

  I have never seen a chipotle run this poorly! This is the final time I visit this one. This is the third time this issue has happened. I order pickup from here, and they have told me that someone already picked up that order. When I am there to pickup my order for myself. First, Stop letting door dashers and random people just go grab the food which is already behind the counter but in a poor area and encourages this to happen. Put the pickup orders in another location because this is very obviously a bad spot and seems to be a reoccurring problem. Your employees even told me this happens quiete a lot ! Listen to them and make changes. Second, if you are going to let the person running the cash register also run the pickup orders, train them properly on how to handle situations better! They had no idea what to do in this situation. They told me that they couldn’t do anything about it, when they are the one that made the mistake. Then, someone else working online/pickup orders said they would remake the order, so I waited an additional thirty minutes since it was a busy time and no one ever made the order. The front staff never checked even though I asked twice for them to check again. The front people just decided to do absolutely nothing about it except to tell each otherthat they would have left already if it were them (super helpful) Finally, I had enough and left. Third, it seems there is no management ever involved during peak times and is run by inexperienced employees who do not know what they are doing. I hope you fix your issues.

  Was craving Chipotle....it's not my husband's favorite so I've been avoiding it, then he agreed to go. It's hit or miss. Depending on who's working. Long line. I was tempted to place my order on line while waiting to see which would be faster. When I asked for the same as what was on line, the server had no clue. I opened my online order and explained each ingredient. I was charged more in person than the same bowl on line. I ordered the chicken protein bowl. My bill was over $40. My husband decided to give it a try and ordered a steak protein bowl. One of their topping is loaded with cilantro. There goes the party. Neither of us are cilantro fans. At the end of the day, three stars across the board. Hoping next time will be better and I can pin point the ingredient loaded with cilantro.
