  Out of soft drinks…. Actually that’s not all. Upon receiving my burger the patties were falling apart like someone poked holes in it or smashed it or something. I understand it’s ground beef but I haven’t had that happen before. It needed salt as well. I didn’t get a straw with my drink. And here’s the worst part- a customer asked for some ketchup (they didn’t put any in my bag either or ask) and the employee in yellow with the mustache dropped a packet on the floor and picked up to hand it to the customer. Disgusting. This was march 26 2026 around 1:45pm

  Ordered Big Breakfast at 1040am waited for a while and our number still hadn't appeared on screen so we decided to go to store next and kill some time. Returned 10 min later and still nothing. Customers standing and waiting. I decided to stand by counter to get help but employees were not acknowledging customers. Manager (short haired woman) seemed mad and out of control. Lunch orders kept coming out and still nothing. I decided to ask an employee if he knew about my order and said no... Finally someone decided to approach me since I yelled, "I'm still waiting for my breakfast" customers looked at me and asked how long have you been here? I said 1040am. Then I said get ready to wait. I received my order at 1230pm finally. Multiple customers canceled and requested refunds. I figured I was way in to cancel. On my way out I noticed customers were being turned away at drive through as well. Understaffed maybe... who knows.

  Hands down the worst McDonald's ever! 25 minute wait for one sandwich and they still got it wrong. Mobile app said my order was ready and upon asking a manager sure enough it was just sitting back there.. I am so fed up with McDonald's, I have given them another chance and I am just done. Too many other great restaurants to spend your money in. Even customer service will not return your phone calls or emails!

  Terrible! I got to many McDonald's because I have young kids. I can handle mistakes and wait time but this place was ridiculous. It took 37 minutes to get our food. We were on our way to corpus and stopped for what should've been a quick snack. To top it all off, my order was wrong and I was missing all my fries and we had already drove off. I will be calling corporate to get a refund and please look at the reviews before stopping at this place! I should've looked at the reviews! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

  Everything was messy, all the tables had food and trash on them, the floor was equally disgusting. Ordered a burger meal last night, wanted it plain and dry cheese and pickles only, still came with everything in it, fries were old and greasy tasting. Very pathetic. Forgot our drinks. And there wasn’t even a big line. Gave it another shot in the morning, nothing changed since the night shift, still food and trash everywhere. Out of caramel for my frappe so they were just not gonna make me one after I paid for it, finally made a chocolate one instead… forgot my breakfast sandwich and gave me a different customers order, then was mad and nasty to me over their mistake. Save your money.
