  at 10:50am when we walked in the place was empty we waited 5 minutes for an employee to come back who happened to be in dunkin donuts but when she walked in she didnt great us with hello or anything she washed her hands and threw her paper towel down then we placed our order while she was throwing everything around she seemed so pissed off then the second girl came in while holes in her shirt neither of these workers seemed happy to be here and were definitely not welcoming.

  I always try to lighten the mood, because, let's face it, dealing with the public can be rough. Tonight, 3/26/26, around 8 pm, i cracked a joke and got silence and a dirty look. Later, she was hitting the computer screen hard. She definitely wasn't tipped. I didn't feel welcomed in any way whatsoever. I will never go in when I see her working. She needs some serious customer service training.

  I placed an online order for five subs, and three of them were made wrong. We also didn’t even receive one of the subs we ordered. We called the store to try to get it fixed. One of the locations answered, but we were told the location we actually ordered from didn’t have a phone. The manager told us the only way to fix the order was to come back and have them remake it. We explained that wasn’t possible because we work in a hospital and our lunch break was already over. She then said she would have the manager call us back. When we got the call, I was just trying to confirm which location was calling because we had been told the other store didn’t have a phone. The woman immediately got an attitude with me and said, “What are you talking about?” and continued to speak very rudely. After that, she said she was actually the owner of both locations. She eventually said they would remake the sandwiches and bring them to the hospital for us, which we appreciated. However, they didn’t arrive until two hours later. The whole situation was very frustrating, and the customer service we received during the phone call was disappointing.

  Please hiring people that are at least interested in working. This young lady seemed pissed off she had to be here. She threw the meat on the sandwich and when finished, threw the sandwiches in the baskets. She told my wife she couldn't add anything to the new pocket sandwiches. It actually says add-ons are an additional charge. She is costing you money. She also made it seem like we had no choice but to put our dressing on first when dressing is last and has been since the creation.

  Jacob was awesome had our food made fast and good and was polite we will be coming again
