Today I decided to give it a shot after a hiatus. Still disappointed. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with mayo only, no veggies. I didn’t get any bacon on the burger.. I also ordered chili cheese tots, as pictured. There was barely any chili or cheese. The tots tasted old and dry. If they were at least covered in chili and cheese it would have been bearable. I don’t spend money on takeout much. So to be disappointed the few times I decided to treat myself is irritating to say the least.

My cup is 90% ice. Do y'all just not care and load the cup with ice to the top and add a splash of a drink? It's literally an inch from the top.
