- RFRanger FieldsOct 16, 20251.0Just had a terrible experience with curbside and it seems to be specifically at this H-E-B, I had placed an order for flowers and chocolates for my wife's anniversary gift, and my wife was going to pick it up and be surprised so she drops our son off at school and goes up to curbside, well right as I was about to txt for the pickup they blatantly cancel my order, when I called she said oh yeah my bad I was supposed to cancel someone else's but you can "replace the order" knowing good and well a refund doesn't happen that quick, so she took my name and number for her manager to call me, "Kinzie" was her name i believe and she said the same thing oh there is nothing she can do and you should get a refund, If I could give zero stars I would, way to ruin someone's day great job H-E-B not even a single offer to help or fix the issue just "too bad better luck next time" what a joke.
