- AOAl Ora4 days ago5.0I had such an amazing experience with the bakery at Tom Thumb! The cake decorator Hanan went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday cake. Hanan took the time to show me photos of cakes she’s done before, and I used one of her mermaid-themed designs as inspiration. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process!Hanan helped me choose the perfect flavors, colors, and details. I really appreciated how involved and attentive she was. She genuinely seemed interested and excited to make the cake! Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful, but it was hands down the BEST tasting cake I’ve ever had. There was hardly any cake left over at the end of the party. I’ve ordered from private bakers before and have been really disappointed, but this completely exceeded my expectations. From now on, I’ll definitely be ordering all my cakes from her. Highly recommend!

The flavor was amazing and she did exactly how it was on the example picture that was given. She went above and beyond for me and was so kind and sweet. Very reasonably priced as well. Great experience and definitely recommend her!

The advertised price for a package of 8 hot dogs was $4.45, but at the register it rang up for $17.99 - so there was no way I was going to pay $17.99 for 8 hot dogs I was buying for my dogs!!!! When I asked the cashier about the price discrepancy he said there is nothing he can do and sent me to customer service with the package of hot dogs and $17.99 receipt for the 8 hot dogs!!! The customer service representative was very rude and had a terrible attitude!!!!! Took it forever for her to basically credit $17.99 back - there was no apology, she never mentioned to walk up and do a price check, I felt humiliated and discriminated against. Find a better store to shop at!!!!

I said hello and he did not even reply, I asked a question and he did reply. The whole time he was scanning my items he looked bother, whole interaction was off. He definitely needs coaching on his customer skills.
