  I stopped by Subway expecting a quick sandwich. What I got instead felt like a slow-motion documentary on sandwich making. The service? Glacial. I’ve seen lines move faster at the DMV. The employee moved with the urgency of someone on their day off, just casually existing behind the counter while time stood still. At one point, I thought we were making progress—then they disappeared to the back to retrieve ingredients. Multiple times. I half expected them to come back with freshly harvested lettuce from a farm out back. Communication was its own challenge. The employee spoke so quietly I wasn’t sure if they were asking me a question or just thinking out loud. I spent most of the interaction nodding and hoping for the best. And the vibe? Imagine ordering from someone who would rather be literally anywhere else. No smile, no greeting, just a strong sense that my sandwich request was a burden. If you’ve ever wondered what a “not-so-fast food” experience feels like, this is the place. Bring patience… and maybe a snack for the wait.

  Went to the specific location, They did not have wheat bread, That is unacceptable, Due to my condition, I can’t eat any of the other types of bread.

  0/10 experience . i ordered through the app for pickup 20 minutes prior to arriving, got there at the time my pick up was & my order was not ready even though there was no one in the store, ended up waiting an extra 5-7 minutes . while the lady was in the middle of making my sandwich she picked trash up off the floor as well as stuck her whole hand in the scraps bin while wearing the same gloves, i asked her to change gloves bc unsanitary ???? she just looked at me and ignored me . unacceptable and will never be coming back

  Hello, I just wanna say yesterday on 01/28/2026 at 8:45 p.m. while me and my girl was waiting to put in our order there was this woman who was very rude and very disrespectful. The worker, a young man name Vick, who kept a smile the whole time (and remained professional and respectful) was great.

  Incredible experience! Vick is an absolute artist 😍 Although the person before us was a complete nightmare, he remained professional and kept a smile on his beautiful face. He made our food perfectly and talked with us the whole time. This man deserves an award for his attitude, even though we were there when it was almost closing time. I will absolutely go back, even if it's only to say hello 🤗 I wish I could rate this experience 10 stars 🤩 lol. Thanks so much Vick!!!
