  Ordered my pizza for take out. Total was 17.31 and I utilized my 10.00 gift card bringing the balance to 7.31. I gave a 5.00 tip in cash and paid the remaining 7.31 on my bank card. I asked the cashier, who I think was the night manager could I have a couple of parmesan and pepper packets and she said they charge by the packets. My thought is, what ever happened to customer service and courtesy. Not saying the young lady wasn't pleasant, because she was. But, I just gave a 5.00 tip and I couldn't be given a couple of packets of condiments out of courtesy? This is the only Pizza Hut I've patronized and wasn't given condiments. Then the gentleman in the back coughed and she had to tell him to change is gloves! Luckily, I already had my pizza. This was our first and last time coming to this location.

  I have ordered pizza from this location for the last couple of years. They usually get my order correct. When they do mess up. They always make it right. Only giving 4 stars my biggest complaint is the worker don’t alway make sure there delivery driver have all the side items like Parmesan cheese & dipping sauces. I placed an order on Dec 24th & I ordered Parmesan cheese because I was totally out at home & side dipping sauce . When the delivery person no Parmesan cheese & side dipping sauce My husband called for my behalf because of how upset I was on it especially when I paid for those items . Also I was totally out at the house. The manager made it right by giving me a $10 credit which is nice but the issue still needs to be addressed. Sadly this wasn’t first this has happened to me. It’s happened two other times. If third party is doing the delivery your workers needs to make they check all of that. Especially when we have paid for all those items now days. It’s not free anymore like used be in the past (several years ago). I may have start keeping cash for the tips & tip accordingly if they get all my items or not.

  They always get the order spot on and their customer service is fantastic. Good quality and consistency always from the food. Rhonda specifically is a really awesome human being who truly cares about her customers, she went above and beyond with helping me out with an order error and always has a positive attitude and amazing work ethic. She deserves some serious praise, a raise, and appreciation! Thank you pizza hut and thank you Rhonda for making my night so much better!

  This is my second and last time ordering Pizza Hut from this location. Don’t waste your time. The first time the delivery man provided my boxes smushed in. This time the pizza and fries were cold. The pizza looked poorly done. Then the delivery man didn’t even give me my extra sauces which i paid for and he had to bring them back. Don’t waste your time with this location. The dood is not worth your money here
