We had chosen this restaurant as a meeting spot to enjoy your food and conduct a brief, quiet card hand-out among our team. purchased food and were paying customers, and we made sure not to disturb other guests or block any area of the restaurant. However, the manager approached us in a hostile and unprofessional manner, immediately accusing us of “advertising” and threatening to call the police if we did not leave the premises. We attempted to explain that we were simply meeting and had bought food like any other customers, but the manager refused to listen or engage in a reasonable conversation. The tone was confrontational and dismissive from the start, which left everyone in our group feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This experience was both embarrassing and upsetting, especially given that we were legitimate paying guests. We have always enjoyed Wingstop’s food and atmosphere, and this incident was far below the standard of service we’ve come to expect from your brand. I’m requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. It would mean a lot to receive confirmation that Wingstop values respectful treatment of all customers, regardless of why they are meeting—as long as they are following store policy and being courteous.
