Granted unacceptable wait time, but still fresh and hots The manager was a lame duck. If you don’t like being a worker at Wingstop nobodies forcing you to continue. The other staff, she was nice. She cleaning up before closing time, giving her two cents discussing if they liked the limited time fiery lime flavor or not.

I called up there and instead of apologizing, the guy on the phone said someone tried to call me 3 times when I left. I have no missed calls. I go back up there and they don’t apologize and hand me an unsealed/untaped bag. Makes me think they tampered with my food so I can’t eat it. I asked to speak with a manager and they said she was busy. I responded and said well I’m busy as well. They need some major customer service training. If they would have apologized, I would’ve been more understanding. This is the second time this location has messed up my order. They didn’t offer a discount or anything. Just a terrible experience and the food we could eat was just ok. The fries and chicken sandwich were not eaten since the bag was opened and it wasn’t taped with the green #BAGSecured sticker like the other bag. Wingstop corporate, these associates need more training. I’ll never order food here again. Good riddance!
