  Wendy’s on 30 and Broadway…. Serving stale fries, cold chicken, and expired sour cream. It’s not cute.

  The longest time I’ve ever waited inside at Wendy’s. There was only 1 family in front of me. And the store smelt like a sewage. Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I asked if I can try a different condiment after receiving my food and he said $1. After I’ve already had to waited behind 1 customer for a very long time. We would’ve choose Mc Donald’s next door but they were packed. We choose Wendy’s because it was not busy at all. There were about 6 employees and only 1 could seem to help at the register. It was only me and the customer in front of me. You would think it would be a decent speed to order and get out but no. Check the cameras and see how long Ive waited. There soda machine needed a password. And the meat tasted cold. I’m sorry Wendy’s I believed in you when you HAD the 4 for 4 or even 5 for 5 but apparently they do not offer that anymore at this location. False advertisement is another thing. Now Mc Donald’s is doing a 5 for 5. So where do you think I’m going to take my business now. In my opinion it was a horrible experience at this Wendy’s location. Very disappointed and shame on you. Mc Donald’s is whooping you next door and I was there before and drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever came across.

  Manager got an attitude for no reason. Customer service is non existent.. makes you not want to eat anything here.
