    This morning was absolutely avoidable if I’d remembered to grab oatmeal from home! The lady working the driver thru window had the audacity to tell me to shut up crazy lady and drive around again( in very broken English) after I attempted to order off the 2 for $3 breakfast menu which is still posted on the drive thru menu screen. So I drove back around because I know I’m not imagining what I saw. There it was unavailable written in black marker underneath the menu. As I drove back around prepared to apologize for not seeing the words written in black marker. The employee continued with the angry face disposition and frustrated attitude. Her attitude showed that she is seeing the same issue repeatedly. You do not have to worry about this customer coming thru ever again. You should speak with your owner about removing or covering the items on the menu that are not available.

    I decided to go try this wendys again after a horrible experience the last time. The girl taking the speaker order tried to talk over me. I ordered 10 piece nugget meal with a cheese baked potato and a large coke with a cinnabun pull apart. When she finally repeated my order she said a chili and cheese potato which I said no cheese only. when I got to the window to pay again i asked a cheese only potato and she said yes. Then I get to the window to pick up and the girl hands me my drink and asks me to pull up, I asked her too a cheese potato right and she said yes. After waiting 10 minutes in my car i went inside. My order was pushed aside to the back when they finally found it. Then someone said we are waiting on the cinnamon item I can't find them, so another lady takes off to go get it. By the time I got my food I had been inside another 5 minutes. When I got to work 5 minutes away not only did I not have a potato at all, it was fries in the case the potato should have been in, when I looked at my receipt it said cheese fries instead of cheese potato. but there was no cheese on the fries either and now all my food was cold from sitting on the shelf for so long. Learned my lesson. Avoid this Wendys at all cost.

    Ordered through the app! Got all my food but only received 1 drink. Went into store to show receipt. I eventually received my 2 second drink. Got home and both the 2 burgers i Ordered was actually made wrong. Ive never had that problem before so im kinda upset! Nobody is paying attention apparently.

    I came in and got food from this Wendy's and a lady who is working the fry station, ungloved, scratched her nose and hair and turned around and made my fries clawing my fries along with others through the drive through. Of course I demanded them to remake my fries. At least my sandwich was made someone who was gloved. For 16$ it better be made with clean hands.
