- AMAndy Moh6 days ago1.0Very bad customer service and for the life of me I don’t understand why not all but some team members are wearing headphones.( iPhone headphones) at work, it’s very unprofessional when you have customers waiting to order. But overall I like the smoothies and food, it’s just something I’d like to point out cause I genuinely love this place but they messing it up.

I like coupons because it allows me to try new things and if I like it I will go again and again and again. I got my order and the purée at the bottom was solid as a rock. I had to let the bowel sit for 45 mins so it could melt so that I could eat it. Presentation was nice and store was clean but I did not like waiting to eat my food. #frozenyogurtliterly
