The guy just stood there and didnt offer to help, finally when he did acknowledge, the food was room temperature. Not even warm. As we were leaving the normal manager, or guy at the front was not there and he was always so friendly and spoke to people as they were leaving. The person that was there last night didnt say hi, bye, thank you, nothing at all. The cashier was nice though. Other than that, this store has gone down hill with product and customer service

Their meat is worth it because of the quality and their deals are literally unbeatable. I recommend Tom Thumb. It's was the first time I've been there and my Lady friend probably thought something was wrong with me, because of the way I was acting ( like a kid in a candy store.) We spent almost $200 and it was worth it.

I am a WIC member, and I felt disrespected during my visit. His attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. Every customer deserves respect, regardless of appearance or income. Customer service should be based on kindness and fairness at all times. Please tell him not to be like that next time.
