- JTJohn Tillison1 day ago1.0Rudest associate, wife left cell phone in cart, realized it late. Drove to store and went to customer service. Employee says it’s closed I said I realize that and told her about cell phone, she said been here since 4 no one has told her about a cell phone, it was in plain sight behind counter, I told her she could’ve said I’ll check behind counter or ask somebody else, she stated I’m not gonna argue with you then we saw the phone. She was very rude, not 1st rude contact with this lady. Customer service and friendliness has faded. Long time customer but thinking I need to change to different company

Upon arriving I noticed an employee working along side me, stocking, seeing he was busy, I left him alone. He then approaches & asks if I need help, from this moment on I thought he was a really nice guy, his name was Joe. He then asks me what I need help looking for & I show him on my phone. He proceeded to passive aggressively say I was rude & kept trying to say I put my phone in his face. So I then apologize & ask him if he thinks I put the phone in his face. He then sarcastically says no & proceeds to bring race into the conversation & tells me my people are "aggressive"? He then proceeds to look at me with open an eyes saying all of this & at this moment I was overwhelmed, so I stepped back & told Joe, have a good day. He proceeded to watch me as I walked down the aisle so I told him have a good day again. I went to the grocery store to simply shop & felt like I was being judged by an employee who I thought was nice. I remained professional & held my composure, but I did not appreciate it at all & I let employees know.
