  The person at the window was dancing around and fooling around and was not taking any orders. They had loud music which had profanity in it while I had my child who shouldn’t be hearing that nasty music. It took them a while to acknowledge me and my kid. I then proceeded to use the restroom which by the way was filthy. I waited 25 minutes for my order which was very simply considering I only ordered 3 items. They then proceeded to mess up my order and forget 2 of my items. Would not recommend it’s a bunch of teenagers that can’t do their Job correctly.

  Huge shoutout to Shay! She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I also witnessed her go above and beyond when a customer in the store was experiencing a health issue. Shay immediately stepped in, stayed by the customer’s side, and helped by calling a loved one to come assist him. Her compassion and quick action truly made a difference. Great job, Shay — you deserve more than four stars! Keep up the amazing work.

  Been here several times throughout the years. Service and food quality has gone down the drain. I would frequently stop by after work 8pm ish and every single night they keep saying that the card machine never works, and when we were finally able to get food, the portions were mediocre. I've been going to their Lavon location where they seem to actually want to work and have their shit together.
