I'm at this store now. The lady in the drive thru is yelling at the coworkers and said "my time was good before you got here." Very rude. Lady on the food line looked like she was going to cry. The girl has red braids pulled up into a bun. She's rude. I like this taco bell ok but don't think I will come back here. I just found out her name is Shay. During my mealtime I put headphones in for tiktok time but could hear her yelling so loudly I could hear what she was saying with my ear buds in. Took out my ear buds and the yelling was at all the other staff. DO BETTER TACO BELL. YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP THESE RUDE DISRUPTIVE PEOPLE WORKING AT YOUR STORE. There are people everywhere needing work that won't yell and belittle the other staff when there's a lunch rush.

Don’t know how that lady taking orders on drive through is still employed there…. Many complaints are made about her lazy and lack of professionalism and nothing changes, stay away from this location.

Place is beyond unprofessional, the Night Shift Lady who takes orders is beyond lazy.
I went an Hour before closing which to me is an understandable time and the lady ignores me in the drive through, i pull up to the window and they were already cleaning, one hour before closing time? Then another night theres an excuse that the system is down even though i placed my order online. Pull up to the window and theres a lady in the back making some food. Makes zero sense.

The girl at the counter was great. The food was hot and fresh. Tasty. The dining area was filthy. Trash on the floor, surfaces filthy. The soda machine had a thick layer of sugary residue in drain pan and the nozzles. Disgusting 🤮.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism I experienced was genuinely disappointing.
I understand Taco Bell isn’t known for five-star customer service, but there’s a basic standard of respect that should always be met — and this location completely missed the mark. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee audibly sighed as if my order was an inconvenience, despite there being no other cars in line and my order being placed ahead of time through the app. At the window, she rolled her eyes, said nothing the entire time, and then shut the window in my face when I tried to complimented her nails. That kind of behavior is unnecessarily rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service.
To make things worse, items from my order were missing. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but she was a young woman wearing a hairnet with short, square black-and-nude French tip nails with gems.
If you’re looking for a better Taco Bell, I strongly recommend the Broadway location — they’re always friendly, respectful, and efficient.
