  I ordered the cantina fajita grilled cheese burrito. All I ask this lady was can she put cheese on top of the burrito because they barely put any cheese on top of it . Instead of accommodating me she gave me nothing but attitude continued to make other people food and started making smart comments to her co worker . I didn’t want a remake just more cheese! You a manager that type of attitude and behavior is unacceptable !! Especially when you suppose to be a leader . I asked for a refund she ignored me and the guy gave her the receipt so she could give me the refund she made him give me the money and he had no idea how to give me a refund , that’s how much she didn’t want to help me ! I finally got my money back and went to the Taco Bell on Jupiter Road and got EXCELLENT customer service .

  Terrible service incompetent staff awful franchise location. Pathetic. I will never come back to this location. The manager and franchise owner should be embarrassed. This is the most dysfunctional fast food location I’ve ever seen. Lazy never correct and the food is always old like they reuse food from the prior day. It’s gross and a disgrace to their brand. New manager new owner needed. Sounds like the cowboys

  I had went around 5:30 I went up to the cashier and she simply said I had to use the kiosk if I wanted to order. I had a question but anyways if they don’t want to work go somewhere where you enjoy being. Guy in the cashier on his phone. When I got my food of total around 35$ food looked so sad not enough portions in that case I’d go to pollo regio for a chicken bowl.

  Horrible got the wrong order for my uber eats if you are so busy just cancel the orders I showed you my receipt and a picture of what you gave me very poor service my uber had to go twice to get a code too and still gave me the wrong order

  Si tú quieres pedir algo y que te den todo mal ve aquí ,soy cliente habitual y es muy raro q tu orden salga correcta porq no prestan atención al cliente y lo que pide o la capacidad de la chica de la ventana es muy poca que no puede tomar la orden correcta , definitivamente a este punto ya no regreso porq es verdaderamente frustrante , la primera vez le dije amablemente q deberían prestar atención la segunda vez q le dije me dijo q no solo atendía en la ventana sino también clientes q entraban al local algo q me parece excusa si no puede hacer su trabajo bien debería pensar en buscar algo más quizás empacando o en la cocina 🤦‍♀️ es frustrante porq una ves puede pasar pero 2 , 3 ir a un lugar y tener el susto de q ni te darán tu orden correcta es un fastidio al menos yo no iré nunca más
