- JMJody MinxFeb 24, 20261.0I placed an online order through the subway app for two footlong sandwiches. The employee called to tell me they were out of meatballs and that I would have to cancel the order. I asked if I could just substitute a different sandwich and she told me “no because we are out of a lot of stuff.” Then she told me she couldn’t void the order and that I had to do cancel it in the app (which is not an option in the app). I called back and she wouldn’t answer the phone. Now I’m out $27.00. However I did discovered that a different subway in the area has MUCH cheaper prices. I will not be ordering from the broadway subway ever again.
- CJcourtney jonesFeb 18, 20261.00/10 experience . i ordered through the app for pickup 20 minutes prior to arriving, got there at the time my pick up was & my order was not ready even though there was no one in the store, ended up waiting an extra 5-7 minutes . while the lady was in the middle of making my sandwich she picked trash up off the floor as well as stuck her whole hand in the scraps bin while wearing the same gloves, i asked her to change gloves bc unsanitary ???? she just looked at me and ignored me . unacceptable and will never be coming back

The worker, a young man name Vick, who kept a smile the whole time (and remained professional and respectful) was great.

Vick is an absolute artist 😍 Although the person before us was a complete nightmare, he remained professional and kept a smile on his beautiful face. He made our food perfectly and talked with us the whole time. This man deserves an award for his attitude, even though we were there when it was almost closing time. I will absolutely go back, even if it's only to say hello 🤗 I wish I could rate this experience 10 stars 🤩 lol. Thanks so much Vick!!!
