  Pésima la atención de esta señora que pasa hay, no recomiendo ni que entren ah perder su tiempo con esa señora amargada SEÑOR DUEÑO PONGA ATENCIÓN A QUIENES PONE A TRABAJAR EN SUS LOCALES POR QUÉ DAN PECIMO SERVICIO ASÍ NO TENDRÁ GANANCIAS.

  At 8:20 PM—well before closing time at 9:00 PM—my teenage daughter (age16) entered this establishment. Upon walking in, she was immediately yelled at by an employee named “ANNA,” who barked, “WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE ARE CLOSING SOON.” When my daughter calmly asked what the special was, Anna snapped back with, “It’s only teriyaki, so what do you want?”—rushing her and offering no time to decide. Intimidated and visibly shaken by the aggressive tone, my daughter left the restaurant and returned to the car in tears. Naturally, I went inside to understand what had just happened. I was met with the same hostile attitude: “WE ARE CLOSING SOON, WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I asked Anna if this was how she typically addressed customers, to which she responded with a smirk and said, “YEAH, SOOOO WHAT DO YOU WANT?” Let me be very clear: this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for years, and I know what respectful service looks like—this was the exact opposite. Anna’s tone, attitude, and complete disregard for basic courtesy were not only inappropriate but also deeply concerning. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your business and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  Apparently they don’t like walk-in customers here. I walked in to order a simple sandwich. Woman behind the counter yelled something I didn’t understand. She went to pick up a phone order. I told her I was here to order a sandwich. She got pissy with me and told me I was standing in the wrong spot. I haven’t been in this store for several years. Instead of waiting on me, she stopped to answer the phone and rudely told me she was taking the phone order first. At that point I turned and walked out. I will not be back. No way to run a retail business.

  Customer service was terrible! Worker has terrible attitude, he looked like he hated his life. Made the whole subway just a unwelcoming environment! Disgusted. Will never go to that location again. Periodt.
