- BMBeckie MacalikDec 21, 20252.0Place appeared clean. Person making sandwiches couldn't understand English well enough to get order details. This is America afterall. She was not friendly to be in customer service. She put ranch on a meatball sandwich. Who does that? When told no, no, stop, she made no effort to redo the sandwich or even apologize. Far too expensive to have the mess forced on you because of incompetent employee. THIS IS WHY SUBWAYS ARE GOING DOWN IN BUSINESS!!! The food was awful and the service was worse. We stopped going to Subway on Buckingham for much the same reasons, now we tried another and same issues. Done with ALL Subways!
- RMRebecca MartinOct 14, 20251.0They skimp on toppings and fight you if you ask for extra of anything. I wanted extra olives on my sandwich and she put barely any. I even said I would pay extra and she argued with me about it and still did not give me what I ask for. Barely put anything on my sandwich toppings wise for the other veggies I chose as well and added tomatoes when I didn't ask for them. I absolutely will not be visiting this location ever again. You have lost me as a customer and I will not recommend this location to anyone.
