    I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my recent visit, which involved discriminatory and highly unprofessional behavior from one of your employees. I am also deeply concerned about how my attempt to report this issue was handled afterward. During my visit, a Black male customer entered the store for an Uber pickup and was treated in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. Shortly after, I stood in line to place my own order. One employee appeared to be the only person who truly knew what she was doing and had been actively assisting a new employee with making every customer’s order—until it was my turn. When I told the new employee my bread and meat choice, he struggled and took a noticeable amount of time. Despite having helped him with every other customer’s sandwich, the employee deliberately chose not to assist with mine. This behavior immediately felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. What followed was completely unacceptable. When it came time for me to pay, the employee physically pushed my order bag aside and rang up a white customer who was standing behind me, completely skipping over me as if I was not there. This did not appear to be a misunderstanding. It felt intentional, disrespectful, and strongly suggestive of racial bias. No customer should ever be ignored, skipped, or treated as lesser than another customer. To make matters worse, when I later called the store to report this incident, my call was abruptly hung up on. This response was dismissive and further compounded an already upsetting experience. Being ignored in person and then dismissed over the phone is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. This experience was deeply disappointing and reflects very poorly on your establishment. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, reviewed thoroughly, and addressed appropriately. Customers should feel respected and safe from discrimination, and complaints should never be dismissed in this manner. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be handled.

    Cleanest Subway this side of the Mississippi! Met the new owner who just took over after 31 years of the previous owner. Everyone here super polite and professional. Will make a point to always find this Subway.

    Service here was lacking greatly! I was not even offered my receipt! My sister ordered a Dr. Pepper fountain drink, but it was just carbonated water. It took her awhile to even get someone's attention, once she did, the guy said "sorry, must be broken". He didn't even check if they could add the Dr. Pepper syrup. He did not offer her a refund either. The food was decent, but we won't be back to that location again!!!
