- GNGary NeudahlJan 31, 20263.0The corporate app is buggy. I can never get the Papa Dough to apply to an order and, as a franchisee store, there's little the store can do about it. So they have to compete on food quality (which IS very good) rather than price (since the Papa Dough earned is worthless, at least for me, and corporate hasn't responded to my inquiries for a fix, or accurate guidance on how to use it. Their 877 number customer service rep provided inaccurate guidance and I ended up with an uncancelable order that took the full amount from my credit card, with no promised webpage appearing at which to apply the $10 Papa Dough, which has now expired, again!). This location is set up only for takeout. It could be interesting to stand around to dine in.

A few slices from both pizzas barely even had sauce or even cheese mind you with NO toppings on those few slices from each of the 2 pizzas I ordered. We haven't order in a while from papa johns decided let's give it another shot. Well definitely a waste of my money. Retrain your employees and do better.
