Then you explain to them what happened and they still don’t make the food so your family will sit there enjoying their meal and they still haven’t started making yours properly. Also, the manager on duty refused to make eye contact or address people standing in line to ask for drink cups. When I asked to just refund my money and forget remaking the order, they still wanted to argue with me.
