  Food was terrible. One step above Applebees quality. Looks like everything is made in giant batches and waits for your order. Nothing looked freshly cooked. The NY strip was the worst steak I’ve had in years with no flavor or seasoning. Cooked medium but very chewy. Potatoes au Gratin were very dry potatoes with some cheese burned on top. Server was also bad and it took forever to order and get the check on a slow Sunday night. I will avoid this chain.

  I have never loved a location so much for food, service and vibe! Each location has the most wonderful staff, everyone is so sweet, the food always SLAPPSSSS so delicious mo matter what you order! and they’re understanding an accomadating. Never have i ever met anyone who’s been rude at this Chain! Ordered Uber for me and my friend and they were so sweet over the phone when my friend wanted to add an egg to her burger! I love this place!

  I had an incredible dinner at Lazy Dog! The highlight of the meal was definitely the steak, it was phenomenal and cooked perfectly to medium rare on the first try, which is hard to find. Our server, Rebecca, was absolutely stellar. She was attentive, professional, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked. It’s rare to find that level of service. I’ll definitely be back and recommend you request for her section!!

  This could easily have been a very bad visit to lazy dog. It was my birthday and Christmas, the service was honestly a negative twelve stars, and the food took over an hour to get to us so We were extremely frustrated to that point the night felt pretty much ruined. But then the manager completely saved the entire experience for my family and me. I hadn’t seen her all evening, even though I was actively looking for a manager to speak with. When she finally came over, she truly was a Christmas angel. Every mistake was acknowledged, everything was fixed, and we were more than accommodated. My girlfriend was beyond pissed to the point of no return, but this amazing woman managed to make her smile again when she gave her coupons and a hug. That moment alone turned the night around. As long as people like her work here, we will continue to come back. What started as a rough birthday and Christmas dinner ended better then we expected, and it may even become our new Christmas/ birthday tradition.

  My girlfriend and I have been coming to Lazy Dog for a while now but I don’t think I have ever left a review. The atmosphere is fantastic. We are bar peeps and this is one of our favorite places to frequent. However, what makes us keep coming back is the food and the service. Mark, behind the bar is the best! He takes care of as if we were family visiting from out of town. The food here is fantastic as well. You can’t go wrong with anything you get. We just tried the French onion pastries for the first time and…so dang good. Also a first today, the Chilean Seabass is the best thing on the menu in my opinion. Words can’t describe how great it is, all I can say is when I eat it, I feel like how millionaires must feel ordering such fancy food. Personal other favorites are the bison meatloaf and fried chicken dinner. Healthier options the ahi tuna crunch bowl and wedge salad.
