Paola at the drive through had her boss come out to "let me know" that the kids meal treat papers we wanted to redeem along with our $40 order, were not valid because they haven't had those color of bags for over a year.. mind you all we come weekly sometimes even multiple days because we love their deals. So the lady in charge now(we haven't seen Joseph in a while) is very rude, this is the first time I have ever seen her face there. She definitely needs to be coached on how to show appreciation to her loyal customers. Both ladies need to do better, for the remaining customers. We will not be returning.
