  Make sure you check your food. There will be missing extra stuff like guacamole sour cream salsa . The Food portions, A extra small and and management are carless

  Told server I wanted a Veggie Bowl. He put beans & rice in bowl and sent bowl down the line. I asked for veggies--he said they were out of them. He didn't tell me that when I ordered. No concern to him. Told cashier I had a Veggie Bowl without the veggies. She said it happens frequently. I asked for manager, but he was cooking. I'm sure he heard me as I said many times that it was poor inventory control not to have a popular item from menu in stock. This was the worst Chipotle I've visited.

  La comida esta mas o menos pero el servicio y la cantidad de comida q me sirvieron fue grandemente desepcionante en serio. La chica q estaba sirviendo solo servia una cucharadita de arroz y una de frijoles, de lo demas ni se diga. Parecian migajas,. 15 dolares me cobraron por una cucharada de frijoles y una de arroz y un cuarto de cucharada guacamole

  When I tried to participate in the $6 costume promo, they made fun of me and tried to deny it. It’s funny because the cashier, Dominic, was looking at a woman in a black romper and cat ears — specifically at her butt — beforehand, then tried saying my nurse outfit wouldn’t work. How can they deny it? It’s still a costume, sorry it wasnt skimpy. Even then, my husband was dressed as a cowboy, and they charged him the normal price despite him telling them it was for the promo. The cashier didn’t like the proportions that the lady before had gave him, so he tried to charge double meat — when my husband NEVER said to do double. The guy even tried to get her to take some off, So not only did he take it upon himself to charge full price, he also TRIED to charge extra for meat AND make her remove it. I really don’t appreciate this experience. We thought it’d be cool to try the new Chipotle near us, but I won’t be back. That kid needs better training — he was rude and nasty to us, and meanwhile, checking out a woman’s butt just before speaking to us was disgusting. I’m very upset. Not to mention, my bowl was rushed, and they were out of the veggies I wanted. I’m just disappointed that on the rare occasion I get Chipotle, I’m treated like this — and the quality was horrible. This location needs better training and corrected staff attitudes.

  I was excited at first about this new chipotle opening up, but not anymore. Today was the final straw. Usually its long wait times, because of under trained staff, and small portions, which is usual for chipotle. Today I went in and they gave us an exceptionally small amount of steak. I tried telling the lady we would appreciate the 4oz that we are paying for, and she started going off on me. About my race... literally calling me racial slurs. Like... what the heck is going on... over food? Today was my last straw. I came in Saturday at 9pm, it was the first lady taking orders... with the sideburns. 💀 BEWARE!!
