- TMThe Prince, the Rose & La Muerte2 days ago3.0Recently been more short staffed and waits are taking longer. Worst part is the line system where they don’t know which car got there first and you get skipped, not a big deal on a regular day but makes a difference on my way to work. And drinks are hit or miss on accuracy when things get busier. I love the OG crew but recently it’s not been the same with some new hires.

Worse service by far, haven't had time to say something the past few months but this place has gone down the drains. The 2 girls working tonight at 5pm are just embarrassing. 1 straight faced and angry with ME that her co-worker didn't take my order outside. Terrible attitude while handing out my drink and taking my order, she wore a baseball hat so check those cameras. Only nice and hardworking people was a tall gentlemen with a hairnet, the only 1 wearing one! And a girl with a beanie on. The other girl, blonde, who was supposed to take orders came in and when asked by the busy gentlemen to hand my drinks out the window, she pulled her phone out and started texting and laughing in the corner. Fire those 2 girls (baseball cap and blondie) bc no way they're still working at a dutch with that terrible attitude.

They’re super fast and they’re super awesome. Not a bad thing to say about them. If you haven’t been check them out now what are you waiting for? Go get you some Dutch Bros coffee super chill relax delicious vibes. Everybody in that building is great. I literally have not been disappointed at no Dutch Bros I’ve been to which is amazing that they keep the same vibe across the board. You guys are awesome.!!!! I wish I could hand y’all some free stickers like y’all give us lol

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
