  I love Chipotle but this has got to be the dirtiest location I've ever gone to. Trash is always overflowing, napkins/utensils are never stocked and tables are always so dirty that you don't want to dine in. Corporate needs to be notified.

  Workers got to pay more attention whenever their food is ready for delivery drivers they can't have their orders sit for a good 10 minutes while those drivers wasting all day we have

  This was my first time here and I will not be coming back to this location, the employees were rude and trying to be fast but in reality was just doing things in a hurry and messy, I came during 1:30 PM and to be honest it was not even that packed, employees were so clueless and didn’t know what to do on how to handle situations. The employee at the cashier was so clueless she charged me someone else’s order when I asked her what she charged me she proceeded to say she “charged me for everything” and was bagging me and a strangers food together when I told her why she charged me for her food she proceeded to say because I didn’t tell her which is completely dumb because why would the customer need to tell the employee what is mine and what is not, the previous employee clearly placed the food separately and not together. I will never come back to this location it was the worst experience every.

  If I could give 0 stars I would, but it doesn’t let me so I have to give 1. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and it being my birthday made it even more disappointing. The portions were ridiculously small I probably had like 5 pieces of chicken in a bowl that was mostly just lettuce and sour cream. Another customer even pointed out how little chicken there was, and they still went ahead and charged them for it. They didn’t have food ready either and were telling customers they were out of multiple items. It wasn’t even that busy, so they definitely could’ve taken their time with each customer, but instead everything felt rushed and disorganized. They were putting orders together so carelessly that the person in front of me ended up paying for my order by mistake. That’s not okay at all someone else shouldn’t have to pay for my food just because they’re rushing and mixing things up. Not everyone has extra money like that. I even tried to say something about my order and the employee didn’t know what to do, which was frustrating. On top of that, the chicken wasn’t even ready. Everything felt messy, rushed, and careless.

  I order pickup so I don’t have to wait, if I place a pickup order I expect it to be ready if I arrive 5 minutes past the promised time. What I don’t want is to place a pickup order and then wait for 10 minutes.
