  Staff and service were phenomenal. Our filets were delicious. Brussels sprouts were yummy. The butter cake was out of this world. Jean Paul was a delight. Definitely recommend.

  We had a 6:00 PM reservation and were really looking forward to our evening, but unfortunately the experience started off poorly and we chose to leave. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table by the bar despite having a reservation. I politely asked if there was availability in the main dining room, and the host told me those tables were “reserved for a specific waiter,” even though there were multiple open tables. I explained that we also had a reservation, but was still told nothing else was available. What was frustrating is that as we were walking out, the host suddenly said that if we waited, he could likely move us to the main dining room after a cancellation. That tells me there was flexibility, but it wasn’t offered until we decided to leave. Our party was appropriately dressed, and the whole interaction left us feeling dismissed and undervalued as guests. Whether it was poor communication or something else, it didn’t feel like a welcoming or accommodating experience—especially for a place that requires reservations. We ended up going elsewhere. Hopefully management can work on consistency and how guests with reservations are handled.

  Don't waste your time or money. Very small tightly packed room. Waited was very hard to understand, impossible really, and had 8 minute speech on the specials. Couldn't remember all THAT even if we could hear or understand the heavy accent. The table of the three behind us were loud and obnoxious. Could hear their loud conversation and one lady begin screaming "I can do it by myself" as she was lead to the bathroom. Later she began very badly singing happy birthday to herself and interrupting everyone's meal. No one in charge said a word to hear yet we all who paid a lot of money for a nice quiet meal, (my wife's birthday I might add), were uncomfortable. It's too packed, too loud with conversation and very dark that you can't read the fine printed menu. Better off sitting at the bar, which the smart condo owners do. Waste of time and money. Food took a long time to get out, making the atmosphere harder to deal with, mashed potatoes were just barely warm, steak was over cooked and tough, very marbly fatty NY strip. Hate to say it and be so negative but it isn't worth the money. The place is just so small and open you can hear everyone's conversation, except the specials for the night and way too many of them. Not kidding when I say the server took 6 to 7 minutes talking about the specials of the night. Did not understand one word, heard and understood him better when he spoke behind me to the other table.   Incredible service. Phenomenal food. The best steak I’ve ever had and the best service I’ve ever had. Outstanding!!!
