  The people just stand around and focus on the drive thru so when we get our food it’s cold or over cooked due to the heat lamp. I don’t understand why have 10 people on shift and it be so slow……we have waited for a simple combo and a drink for 40 minutes I don’t understand…

  I came in last night and placed an order. When I got home and checked the food, I noticed that two tacos were missing. I called to report the issue, but the staff were rude and did nothing to fix or compensate for their mistake. This was a very disappointing experience—worst service I’ve had at this Taco Bell.

  came in last night around 11:30 and they messed up my original order which was just 2 soft tacos with just the beef and they came with cheese, so we asked to remake them with just the beef. Sat there for another 10 minutes and the worker forgot why we were sitting there, then gave us the new tacos which were also messed up again. Then told us to just eat it so they didn’t have to remake it again because they didn’t want to.
