  Came here around 8:30pm and doors were locked because worker was on lunch which I respected, so I went back to my car and waited patiently. An hour later the doors still were not unlocked and I could see her working on my online order that I placed. She finished it and went to hide in the back without unlocking the doors. How am I supposed to pick up my order that I already paid for if the doors are locked.

  The lady who worked this morning had horrible customer service. I have 700 points and told me I didn't have the points for the $2.00 off. They are suppose to open at 9 and didn't open until 9:20. They didn't have any bread ready.

  I’ve been going to different subways for decades but I’ve never had such horrible service as the Galveston Seawall Subway. The night manager barely speaks English so she won’t speak to me when I ask questions. The other day the man that made my sandwich was so high on something that he could barely speak, and I had to repeat myself several times on the vegetables. I’m just amazed that Subway allows them to operate as a franchise with such horrible service.

  Person behind the counter could barely speak or understand English and kept adding vegetables in the sandwich that we didn’t even ask for. The sandwich we ordered came with provolone cheese, but they were out so instead of asking if we wanted another type of cheese he made it without and said we couldn’t substitute. Terrible Service!!!

  This location had very poor customer service. Food portions were terrible. The soda machine didn’t have ice and we were charged extra for bottle drinks. The person preparing the food barely spoke English. We weren’t allowed to add veggies we wanted and the person making the sandwich kept following the listed ingredients for the type of sandwich we asked for to only add what was on the set list of ingredients. No substitutions allowed. This is a terrible location. It is a shame it is on a busy strip for vacationers to experience.
