  Ordered from this store while visiting the area. was waiting for over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, considering the place we’re staying at is only 7 minutes away i figured it wouldn’t take that long. when trying to call the store for an update i was unable to reach anybody and ofc the online help option sucks. don’t waste your time ordering at this place, not even new management could fix this place it’s probably time to go ahead and shut down at this point

  My pizza WAS COLD. I ORDERED MY PIZZA AT 6PM ON SATURDAY FEB 28 TO A HOTEL ROOM 500 HOMEWOOD SUITES THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. DO NOT EVER ORDER HERE IF YOU VISIT GALVESTON. THE WORST EVER. I didn't GET MY FOOD TILL 745PM. I DID NOT TIP THE DRIVER.

  I ordered 3 pizzas for my family around 930pm. Yes it was late but that doesnt give you the right to give me crap pizzas. I tried getting help online and its almost impossible to get the Ai chat to help you it gives you options to pick from but no options is for your pizza being made wrong. I couldn't get ahold of anyone that night i tried a few more times online and NOTHING finally i call up there after a week of trying to get this resolved online. Finally i get a manager to answer and i explained the whole situation just for him to keep putting me on hold. Finally i got frustrated and hung up i got to go threw all this because they want to be lazy and make my pizzas all crappy then have the nerve to email telling me i can get half off my next order HECK NO I WONT SPEND ANOTHER PENNY WITH YOU AND YOUR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO I DIDN'T WANT MY MONEY BACK I WANTED WHAT I ORDERED!!! The pizzaw i received were so thin i had to double check my receipt to make sure i didnt order thin crust then there were hardly any toppings or sauce because they were closing. If you were closing DONT TAKE MY ORDER/! SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WE LOVE PAPA JOHNS THE WHOLE REASON WE ORDER IS BECAUSE OF THE DOUGH BEING SO GOOD AND TO RECEIVE PIZZAS PAPER THIN WAS DISGUSTING I FELT LIKE I WAS EATING CARD BOARD.
