  Always slow and bad customer service. To all future customers do not order curb side here unless you want to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Curbs side here is awesome if you like to wait and watch new cars from the drive through get their food before you do. Response to owner: Just train your employees better and get rid of all the bad employees.

  If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff are absolutely disgustingly slow and rude. The completely ignore all mobile pickup and purposely disconnected their phones to not receive calls. I’m going in person tomorrow to ask for corporate number.

  Went around 9am on a Saturday morning, took 10-15 min to get the order that I placed on the app. The dining area was filled with people who had ordered via app or kiosk and all the restaurant seemed to care about was serving the drive thru since that counts on their metrics.

  We stopped by yesterday pick up my daughters happy meal and you have 2 lines for one person to take orders, so we sat there for 10mins and went around. The kid in the window said he cant put in the mobile code at the window so we need to get back in line. So I went inside. The cashier was handed a $20 and took her like 3mins to count change back. Then she came to me, shes very nice but moves slow! After getting the happy meal with drink she didnt give me a straw then the lobby was empty so i told them before walking out. We tried again before we left Galveston and that was a joke! Two lanes open, only one person working both lanes. We waited 15mins at the speaker just to give our code. Then the person in front of us was given food and handing it back. So we sat there for at least another 8 mins. I will never be back to this McDonald’s and ill make sure its known how bad yall suck and every single one of you should probably be fired!

  This was easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The place was completely disorganized—orders were getting messed up left and right, not just mine but pretty much everyone’s. People were going back up to the counter over and over because their food was wrong, missing items, or just not what they ordered at all. What made it even more frustrating was the staff. Instead of trying to fix the chaos, they were just standing around like nothing was happening. No urgency, no communication, no effort to correct mistakes quickly. It felt like nobody cared, which is pretty unbelievable for a place that’s supposed to be fast and efficient. If you’re expecting quick service and a correct order, don’t count on it here. Total waste of time and patience.
