  They gave us a chocolate milk at the happy meal that they had already drunk half of the expired apples and the food was cold and they didn't give us napkins terrible service when they delivered the food it was practically thrown in our face. Don’t eat here is trash 😡🤬🤬🤬

  Just stopped at this McDonald's, went through the drive-thru ordered a fresh filet of fish with extra tartar sauce. I was charged for the extra tartar sauce and even asked what I like to round up and give to the Ronald McDonald House? Sure why not I said. I get to my hotel and there's hardly any tartar sauce on the sandwich yet I was charged extra for it.

  Parents Beware! This was is a cheeseburger kids meal! Expiration sticker for the cheese, melted into the cheeseburger. Manger could have at least refunded my receipt but instead tried to act as if it wasn’t a big deal. She only would refund the cheeseburger itself and I told her I wouldn’t eat anything from this establishment. Health department needs to look into this location.

  I got pulled to the third window to wait on a basket of fries after waiting over 15 minutes at that window I went inside, I let them know I had been sitting at that window for over 15 minutes and one lady said to the rest of the team up front that they have to let her know when they pull someone to the third window… so if I hadn’t of gone inside I would have just been sitting for who knows how long. The guy in the blue shirt I’m guessing a manager just giggled and said “sorrrry” like he was five years old. I got my bag and asked if that was everything the girl said yes so I went to my car looked in my bag and was missing food! Went back inside and all she said was “yeah I know they are making it for you” so why did she say yes when I asked and still let me walk away without everything!! Worst McDonalds ever just go to the one on broadway!!!!!!!!

  My family and I regularly go out for an outing every weekend, and on this particular occasion, we ended up eating at McDonald’s. While these are fast-food restaurants, at this specific location, you are required to place your order at a kiosk. You place the order, but no receipt is issued, so you have no way of knowing what your order number is. Furthermore, the food was poorly prepared and incomplete; when they finally served it—and they did so grudgingly—they actually seemed annoyed. Specifically, a heavyset Black individual and a white American woman—these employees were absolutely dreadful and treated us as if they were giving us the food for free. I also felt a sense of discrimination witnessing how they treated an employee who had a facial impairment—I’m not sure if it was the result of an accident or if he has special needs. In my rating, the only redeeming aspect of the service was that young man with special needs who works at this restaurant. I will not be visiting this particular McDonald’s again.
