  Our server in training was absolutely amazing. I just dont know if our food was forgotten about or what but it was the last of the dirty rice and the salmon, shrimp and crab cake were rushed. We had the trio. Very disappointed and our stomachs are not happy either

  Just gotta say, I've come here for many years now and this afternoon was the 1st time I knew they had an elevator.. I walked in and Jordan,didn't know his name then, and I think he saw the brace on my leg and he told me " hello welcome to FT " I told him going upstairs, he said you want to use elevator?? I Never knew they had one... My knee was bothering me bad and I used it. I later after couple hours asked for his name so that I could thank him about that because I really never knew they had elevator. There have been several other employees the other times I've been but never mentioned about elevator. Thanks Jordan! Keep up Great customer service!!! 👊👍🙏🙏 Santa!! Best visit here ever!!!Also thanks to Stephanie and Steven as well.... Hope's Holiday Hayrides ,Chris

  We really love it here!! The staff were incredibly accommodating and respectful of our food restrictions, which we truly appreciated. The food was great overall, and the atmosphere made it even better. The view overlooking Pleasure Pier is beautiful and adds so much to the experience. One thing to note is that the upstairs patio can have a wait time, we really wanted to enjoy it but didn't have the chance to.

  We were initially told the wait would be around 10 minutes, but after 40 minutes with no update, we returned to the host stand only to learn we had been completely overlooked. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve from there. The food was underwhelming overall—I ordered the coconut shrimp and was particularly disappointed, especially since I’ve had much better elsewhere. Food is overpriced for the quality.

  The food was nothing extraordinary, but it was certainly tasty; however, the shrimp dish contained very few shrimp and a lot of potatoes, and—although the soup tasted good—it contained an excessive amount of chorizo. The terrace boasts a beautiful atmosphere and, without a doubt, a magnificent view. The cocktail would have benefited from more coconut—the flavor of the Sprite was too dominant—but it was refreshing and beautifully presented. They were short-staffed, but the person who served us kept a smile on their face the entire time and was very attentive. They also provide an activity sheet with games and coloring pages for children to enjoy while waiting for their food.
