- BDBaybee DollFeb 17, 20261.0Horrible customer service . Every wingstop takes 18 minutes per order . Half our fries were cooked in old grease . Chicken was under cooked. And once I got back to my hotel I noticed hair in my chicken. The girl with the lashes was rubbing her eyes multiple times and never seen her wash her hands bouncing from the cash register handling money to packing orders rubbing her eyes and cooking French fries . Will never return to this location
- TTTHATonepers0nJan 31, 20265.0My love for Wingstop is ever growing, you would think that at one point it started with the wings it didn't, the customer greetings the obvious of in dining, the calling our name for the food was something that made me super happy but would maybe really really enjoy was when the food was staring back at me, when I got my cold drink and sipped it the carbonation felt like it was enjoy to see me, in the moment I touch those wings felt like pure heaven like as if I was descending and an angel took me, I love the food so much that the food loves me back we're friends both me and them, sometimes when I do delivery I question is it the ranch?, the food? or the driver? Wherever it is I'll always have the love for the food.

She took our order then 20 plus minutes later I was checking on our order and asked about them putting the food on a tray. She said oh, no we are closed to dining. I said I wish they would have said so, because we would not have ordered food. They were hateful and of course this made my husband get loud. They did not give me a receipt so I had to ask her for it. I told her I needed a refund. She said that she would have to take a picture of my receipt and that it would have to be done by their manager and it could take up to 7 days. I have worked with the credit card machines and I know it can be done then. Very unprofessional service.

I tried calling them. Never answered the phone.. poor service and food.. Galveston TX needs to get it together.. This is the 2nd time. Sure took my money.. and charged extra for delivery. So Sad. We'll we will rethink our event planning. WIngstop definitely will is not on the list anymore..
