I’ve never left a review at a Taco Bell. I do my best to only leave positive reviews. That being said we just ate at this location and it was by far the best food, service, and atmosphere we have ever experienced at a Taco Bell Ms Agnes keep the lobby cleaner than any fast food restaurant we can remember. Great experience.

I chose 1 star because it won’t let me post ZERO. My street is under long term construction. It’s rough getting in and out, but the foreman told me he personally spoke with the supervisor of Bob Lyons Post Office, and she told him they will get their mail to us. I mean, we residents are getting in and out. As are the Amazon Prime trucks and garbage trucks. I haven’t gotten mail in at LEAST 2 weeks. That’s when I started noticing. It was likely longer than that. I went yesterday to pick up my lost mail and the clerk went back and came out with 3 items. She said the postman was bundling mail by DAYS, not by ADDRESS. How ignorant and stupid does he have to be. So, they have to go through and sort the mail so we can come in, on our busy schedules, and get our mail periodically. I’m being kind and giving them 2 days. I’ll post on Wednesday, if they did it or not. I personally spoke with the supervisor and told her I want to make an official complaint. She hemmed and hawed and took my name and number. Next step, writing an official letter to the Postmaster General, cc’ing the supervisor here.

This was my plate that they gave to me even after paying for extra chicken that is not right especially when you pay extra for delivering .

I’ve visited this location twice in the past month. The customer service has been friendly, and the food is usually made correctly when I request modifications, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, both times I ordered through the Taco Bell app, my order was missing multiple items. I’m hoping this improves in the future, as double-checking orders before handing them out would make a big difference.
