He said the asparaguswas flash fried and that's why it was so limp, stringy and ultra thin. It had the thickness of yarn. The manager then took our plate and returned some asparagus with the waitress. No apology, no, can we do anything, zip, zero. If he is a representative of Joe's crab shack, he should have stepped up to the plate and apologize, offer a dessert, offer a refund for the vegetable, etc.....he just walked away and didn't return. Sad management skills.

She mentioned to me that she have been there 7+ years and she always have regulars come back , and honestly I see for myself why they do . I am happy to say that I will be returning back to Joe’s Crab Shack just for Leo , unfortunately I am from Nebraska and I am visiting family for the holidays . I have been wanting some good seafood with excellent service . I didn’t not just receive great service , I did not just receive positive service but I received EXCELLENT SERVICE ‼️service was so good I tipped her $246.00 Thanks Leo for making my family holidays even better .
