    Absolutely amazing experience! They had the best (team) I say team because everyone worked together very quickly and very well together. Everyone was kind, quick, friendly. The lobby was very clean. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. My kid even noticed and complimented them and she’s only 10 years old. Amazing! Keep up the great work! We can’t wait to go back. I wish I’d gotten the opportunity to get the manager’s name. Job very well done!

    Not what I expected. Meat looked dried up & old today 11/9/25. Guy serving us must hate his job. No customer service. Did not tell us guacamole or queso was extra. $31 for that crap. Within minutes of getting home my bf stomach was cramping. Never going back!!! Toodles

    Food is still tasty as always but portion size and ingredients are starting to falter. Ordered a burrito bowl with vegetables only to be missing the green peppers. When I inquired, the response was "not in season". (Kroger has em next door!!) Also Ordered a kids meal that comes with chips. I received 3 chips. When I asked about the portion size I was told that's it without the employee even looking at what I received. Also, No diet Coke!! CHIPOTLE DO BETTER!!
