  We have been to many Bubba Gump's, in several different states. This is not the same quality. We were seated pretty quickly. The server came along pretty quickly and helped us out. The two kid meals came out pretty fast, which helped get the kids ready to eat. The adult plates took a while. We never got our drinks. The shrimp my wife ordered was overcooked the first time. Second time it looked good, however very tough shrimp. I ordered the $33 ribeye plate. Probably one of the worst steaks I have eaten in a good while. Sad thing is, we had better food at golden corral the night before. That was a waste of a $100.

  Food is mediocre at best. it's a tourist chain restaurant. You can't expect too much. They forgot one of our appetizers and the food took approximately 35 minutes to arrive at the table, which is not acceptable. The waiters are very friendly and on the ball no complaints about the wait staff. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here just as a option if you're on the beach nearby.

  So, at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Galveston, TX. We found it a bit pricier than other spots, but it’s worth every penny for the nostalgia—especially if you love Forrest Gump. Plenty of fun photo ops, ocean views, and a shoutout to Edgar, our amazing server. I’d definitely return and recommend it. Plus, here are a few shots of our meals, trust me, more than filling!

  Today was my first time eating at this chain and I’m glad it was here in Galveston. The food was amazing. I had the stuffed shrimp as well as coconut shrimp with their famous macaroni cheese and shrimp for the appetiser and my mom and I left here with a full stomach and a smile on her face Today Matt and you Ashlei Which was being trained by her did a awesome job got our order correct she is a good trainer I will come back definitely for sure keep up the good work everything from the cooks, to the management and waiters great job👊💯
