  My first time at Bubba Gump was circa 2003. It was so much fun, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere engaging. This franchise has been slipping ever since. Food is still pretty good, but overpriced, and the much hyped shrimp and grits were only meh. But at this location, the music is played so loud you have to yell at the people at your table to have a conversation. It ruins the atmosphere and opportunity to actually have dinner with your family or friends. Turn it down so we can talk!!! Fun location right on the pier and next to the beach.

  If I could leave less than one star I would. Waited an hour and a half for a table, only to finally have them tell us they thought they texted us(they didn’t). Waited another 20 mins to get a table, after trying to push us outside, meanwhile the entire upstairs of the restaurant was empty. Waited over 25mins(no exaggeration) for drinks, had multiple people coming to the table to Quote Forrest Gump, including management, all while still waiting on drinks. Food took over an hour(again, no exaggeration) only for 75% to come out either wrong or ice Cold. Servers all around us cleaning sections but no one helping us. Got so bad we wanted to pay and leave after drinks but we were so hungry we committed to the experience. Completely disappointed and will take my business back to my favorite place Joes Crabshack EVERY time over this place.

  By far the best Bubba Gump’s I’ve been too. The service was incredible, doting and engaging. The food did take longer than expected but it was a busy Saturday after Christmas. However it was very quick to get a table vs Fish Tales across the street where it took nearly 10 minutes to find out it would be a 30 min wait. The food was fresh and tasty, I had been worried it would be middle of the road at best and we’d chosen it as the quickest choice because the most incorrigible of our group had become unreasonably hangry. I thoroughly enjoyed my shrimp and crab rolls they were as crispy as my companion’s attitude. The crème fresh was gorgeously delicious. The fries were enjoyable but not outstanding. My husband enjoyed his Forrest Seafood Feast and was kind enough to share a seafood hush puppy and made me wish I’d swapped for those instead of fries. My 17 y/o son devoured the Crab and Shrimp boil but we all agreed the shrimp and crab should come cracked or at least with utensils that make the job simpler for those that are not pros.

  Went here with my family and sisters family Food took about 30/40mins . Shrimp not really seasoned or good flavor, kinda plan . Steak was good but waitress rarely checked on our refills.. almost $300 for 2 families. Rain forest Cafe is the same but there food had more flavor, my opinion. Disappointed 😞 was really looking forward to some good tourist food .

  It was amazing! The food was good, and our server Ashlie took care of us she gave my daughter suggestions for food when she couldn’t decide what to eat. We had no wait once so ever . They have fun little things to buy in the main lobby .The food came in about 10 minutes, tasted great! The setting of the place was so festive our server checked on us about 3 times to make sure we were doing ok , and the manager checked to see if we were good .Nice clean bathrooms , AND THEY HAD SOAP. Over all good place to eat 10/10 would recommend!
