  Tried calling to place an order online and the system was down so I tried calling and was asked to hold I was able to drive to the store and walk inside place the order all while on hold still. Someone answered three different times and told me to hold so I finally hung up. Store was not busy at all. And the one guy told the girl not to answer the phone anymore for anyone. Horrible way to run a place.

  Last night my wife and I ordered a pizza for pickup while we were nearby shopping. My wife clearly told the cashier twice that we wanted a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. We waited over 25 minutes, and when I finally told her to check what the delay was, our pizza had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Then we get home and realize the order is wrong. That’s unacceptable. We waited all that time for a pickup order that was already ready, and it still wasn’t even made correctly. I’m extremely frustrated about this.
