- JSJo-Anne SmithMar 14, 20261.0After waiting in a line at the restaurant for 20 minutes or more, the staff wouldn’t make a full size quesadilla for my daughter, because apparently it’s only offered online in Texas. 😳 so I could go sit at a table and order one online and then continue to wait for it.. but that was the only way I was getting one… and one smug little ( well she was not little) staff member told me quite rudely that she “didn’t make the rules”! It’s just unnecessary, it happened in Lubbock too… so it’s a “Texas” thing.
- NUNo UMar 13, 20262.0I work at a chipotle about an hour away so already coming here I was unsure on what to expect, I was immediately greeted with the sense as I was bothering the employees by just walking in, and the location was not very clean nor organized in the lobby or the kitchen. The Manager in the polo making the bowl was very messy and had an attitude and it was very clear she did not know the correct portion sizes, I almost contemplated telling her to pull the scale out and weighing my protein, chipotle lives to a high standard and it is not met here .

She was impatient, rude and even slammed our food on the counter. I guess she was upset after I questioned her remark about having to order a quesadilla online? NEVER HEARD OF THAT. Horrible customer service!
