  If you come out to Bubba Gump in Galveston TX ask to be seated with Jordan. Hands down the best eating experience we have had in over 10 years. This young man is the definition of customer service and understands how important his role is. I work hard so my wife and I can enjoy moments like this. Jordan thank you and we hope to see you again. Thank you so much for the experience of great hospitality

  Gabby was phenomenal! The food was sensational and the atmosphere was so refreshing! No complaints! We got the 1lb of shrimp and the 1lb of Cajun shrimp and both were delicious. We liked the Cajun just a tad more because of the popping flavor but we finished every bit. Our family had a great time and it was a beautiful view upstairs over seeing the ocean and Pleasure pier.

  We got a couple drinks the Dr. Pepper mixed drink was GOOD, the Blue Hawaiian or whatever it's called which tasted watered down. A server came to our table after we had been there for 7 minutes, he asked if anyone had helped us we said "no". The guy said "ok, well I'll be your server", so we make our drink & food order. After nearly 45 minutes or an hour we finally get our food. Before we go into a restaurant we agree on how much tip we will start with, on this Sunday we agreed on $25, so now it can go up or down. Well, not very busy, but we did wait a LONG while for our food, we asked our server about about our food, he replies "Oh yeah, let me go check on it", instead of coming to let us know anything he starts giving out his checks. Another person brings out our food while our server is brig out birthday cake. Then, we finally get done a total of 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, we HAD NO buzz at ALL anymore. The food was a little over cooked on the outside as if it had sat under a warmer for some time, but the inside was perfect. So, yes, h got a lot less then the $25, but more then $10.

  Honestamente esto arruino nuestro dia, tardaron 1 hora 40 minutos para llevar la comida a nuestra mesa, (despues de haber espera 45 minutos para poder tener una mesa) la atencion no fue nada agradable ni servicial tal vez tuvo un mal dia la mesera, despues de esperar tanto, por fin llega la comida ! Y vaya!!! Faltaba 1 plato y los demas no eran como se habian ordenado. Cabe destacar que estaban frios los alimentos, incluso personas que llegaron despues de nosotros recibieron su conida mucho antes, y era la misma persona atendiendolas. Al chef, muchas gracias la comida estaba extelente, gracias por su dedicacion y su esfuerzo. Dios siga bendiciendo sus manos. Los tenedores estaban muy sucios fue desagradable abrir tus utensilios y conseguir restos de comidas ahi. 🫩🫩🫩😔

  My family and I had the pleasure of visiting this spot. From the moment we walked in, gift store staff was quick to help, seat us and just overall friendly and inviting. We were asked if we were members to which we confirmed no. We were then asked where we are visiting from and when told, we received a big "welcome to Galveston." We were then seated at the window with gorgeous views which I found so considerate. But views were not the only positive surprise as we were also seated in Jennifer's area. Right from the start she was warm, open, funny and brilliant. She was not only quick with the service (she made our appetizer herself so we got it quicker) and joked we are close to the kitchen so it made her service smoother to serve us first and work her way down the line of tables. And from then we never had an empty cup, or needed to ask for anything because we didn't need to. Thank you Bubba Gump's and thank you Jennifer. Hope to see you again soon because like I said when we left, I will be asking for you on my next visit.
