  Great ice cream and amazing employees. Went twice while at the Seawall. Ice cream was amazing and creamy their small is definitely a great size for my kiddos.

  Disappointing Maintenance Issue. As a long-time local supporter of Ben & Jerry's, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the consistent "out of order" status of the restroom at this Houston location. While I understand the complexities of managing public access, it is unacceptable for paying customers—who support this business—to be denied basic facilities. It is disheartening to see the cash register functioning perfectly to hit sales targets while the restroom remains broken, creating a poor experience for both locals and tourists. I have noticed a lack of urgency in addressing this, including issues with the AC, which is unprofessional given the limited locations in the area. I urge management to prioritize fixing the restroom immediately. A business that cares about its customers should ensure basic amenities are fully functional. Please treat this repair as a top priority before it permanently damages your reputation. I hope this is handled ASAP. (Customer service was very respectful, helpful, positive).

  The ice cream was delectable of course, because it is ice cream. Ice to the cream. Lowkey, the service could’ve been better, but I’ll give them a free pass since it was super busy. Probs because the ice cream there is the bomb.com!
