  This location is the worse they have never got my order right from the first time since I started to come here 10 months ago the mangers suck and do not know how to run a restaurant

  We love coming here but tonight was different, tonight, we waited 10 mins before a server came to our table, and 48 minutes for our food to arrive. When the food came out, it was not fresh as in it seems like it had been setting underneath the heat lamp for too long. When we voiced our concerns for the food, and explained it was getting late we did not have the time to wait for another round of food to be cooked because the little ones have school tomorrow and by this time it was already close to 8pm, but the MOD seemed annoyed with us. His response was and I quote “OK so what do you want me to do about it, i don’t know what to tell you” That right there made me and my family so upset that we were ready to leave after that. To have a manager not care about negative feedback and just seem to be annoyed with everyone and everything, is not very professional. Coming from someone who use to manage Landry owned restaurants for several years, I would expect more. Quite disappointing and such a great establishment. I can deal with the Luke warm food, but I can not deal with a manager who does not care.

  We had a mixed experience. The service and atmosphere were great, but out of the 3 steaks we ordered, only one was good. One was overcooked and tasted like rubber, and another was too thin and undercooked.

  Ordered a togo meal and missing two sides from my order. I've been to the Fulshear location it's in the past 5 days and I will not be going back anytime soon do to this mistake and the pervious little issues that I looked over in my order. I dislike wasting time and gas for someone's MISTAKE!

  This location is consistently good. The food is always delicious.. steaks cooked perfectly. In addition the premises are clean and the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. Our last to visits we were lucky enough to have Marian as our server. She made good suggestions and knows the menu well. Josh ran the food to our table as it was very busy. He took the time to greet us and was very friendly. We were a table of four and everybody received their orders at the same time and they were all hot! Always a good experience. In conclusion, the food is always been good and the staff is fantastic. They value their customers.
