  Can you imagine fast food delivered after 45 minutes after placing order, literally chaos. Noone is ready to answer on the order. Drive thru is ok but the dine in was horrible, most of the people were arguing on the order delay. On top of it, glitchy screen order which does not display the order number after placing the order. People wait there without even knowing the order number

  ⭐ 1 Star We placed an online order and came inside the restaurant to pick it up. Everything seemed fine until we got home and sat down to eat — that’s when we realized two burgers were missing from our order. At that point it became a matter of principle. We had to get back in the car and drive all the way back to the restaurant to explain that our order was incomplete. By the time we returned, the rest of our food was already cold. The staff simply handed us the two missing burgers without saying a word. No apology. No acknowledgment of the mistake. No offer to replace the cold food we already had. Mistakes happen, but basic customer service should still exist. The lack of accountability and simple courtesy was very disappointing. Honestly, experiences like this make you question whether ordering here is worth the hassle.

  This is the photo of a Large coffee, basically a medium coffee on a large cup, same works with cold beverage when the cup is filled with ice and little beverage on it. It doesn't matter if you specify otherwise, hardly a McDonald's only issue, but it bothers me that constant little amounts of my money are taken away this way.
