Steaks are good but anything done mere then medium-rare is shoe leather tough. Dinner salad is always fresh, but apparently comes without tomatoes as part of some sort of horrific austerity program. Fried shrimp spiced unbelievably perfect with batter so light you are afraid it will float away, is the best thing on the menu- at a steak place! Saltgrass is always a welcome adventure.

Absolutely top notch and phenomenal! He caught our conversation about my wife being gluten free, offered us gluten free bread which we didn't even know they had and the gluten free menu. He made us laugh and joked back and forth with me, exceptional all across the board!
