Slow service, wrong order, stale donuts and difficulty understanding English. Love Dunkin’- but this franchisee is no bueno.

This location is horrible. They made me wait way too long for bagel bites I received with cold hard cream cheese. My son’s sandwich bun was fully cut or broken in two. He fused to eat it. The cheese was not an ounce melter. I called and got told I had to be there for a refund. I was 20 mins away as I do not live in or near Fulshear/Richmond. Came back showed the receipt and they did not process the refund for items I had two of despite seeing the receipt. I called back and the guy said it was his mistake and he would text me a giftcard. No giftcard came. I have called 10 times and get told a manager is never there. This time a manager was there and she refused to come to the phone. I asked them to take down my name and number for a return call. Sebastian hung up on me and blocked my number. I can’t get through. I also recorded the call. When I drove to the location a hour later, Sebastian confirmed he hung up on me and blocked my number. Terrible customer service.

Every time I place an online order and arrive to this location they are sold out of what I ordered. It’s frustrating since they are not updating the app to signify what is sold out. Other locations are better at updating the app. Will not be returning back to this location.

I don’t know what’s happened to Dunkin’, but whatever magic used to be there has completely vanished. I drove
in hoping for a decent coffee and a fresh donut, and left wondering why I even bothered. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting in the pot since last week—burnt, bitter, and somehow watery at the same time. The donuts, which are supposed to be the entire point of the place, were dry enough to double as packing material.
The staff looked like they’d been awake for 48 hours and genuinely resented everyone who dared to order anything beyond a plain donut. When my breakfast sandwich finally showed up, it had the unmistakable flavor of regret and microwave.
If you enjoy disappointment before 9 a.m., this place has you covered. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
