  I don’t know what’s happened to Dunkin’, but whatever magic used to be there has completely vanished. I drove in hoping for a decent coffee and a fresh donut, and left wondering why I even bothered. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting in the pot since last week—burnt, bitter, and somehow watery at the same time. The donuts, which are supposed to be the entire point of the place, were dry enough to double as packing material. The staff looked like they’d been awake for 48 hours and genuinely resented everyone who dared to order anything beyond a plain donut. When my breakfast sandwich finally showed up, it had the unmistakable flavor of regret and microwave. If you enjoy disappointment before 9 a.m., this place has you covered. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  Terrible. Don’t order from this place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened but they’ve actually gotten worse. Oh and my recent Door Dash order got canceled by the store.

  This has to be the worse location I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried it 3 times and after this last time never again. Service is slow, donuts are stale, and this last time I did a mobile order that was accepted yet they were out of everything I ordered! I will stick to the one on Katy Fwy.

  Everyone is always kind and friendly. I go here often, and have become known to most of the staff. I’ve gone to this location, at different times of the day and evening, and haven’t had one bad experience with any of the staff. Once my drink wasn’t made properly, I took it back and they remade it within moments. This is a brand new location, and they’re figuring some things out. I agree that the doughnuts shouldn’t be uncovered AND right next to the drive-thru window. It’s unsanitary and it leaves room for the quality of the doughnuts to be depleted. Other than that, everyone tries to provide good customer service, which I love. They also try to make your orders correctly and in a timely manner. I enjoy this location, and so far, I’ve enjoyed everyone that I’ve come in contact with. Shout out to Maria, who be on top of the quality control! She’s superb and I love how she checks and double checks everything before handing it to you. Glad to have a Dunkin’ in the area!

  This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been. Attention DD corporate, check this place out bc I know it won’t meet your standards. *Why are all your donuts stale and wet? Bc you have them sitting by an open window and the heat/humidity melts them. *Why do you only have a limited selection of donuts? Who really cares bc they will be disgusting as well in that environment. *Why do you advertise that you have more types of donuts on the board to order? who cares they will be gross anyway. Obviously the donuts are not edible and the coffee takes way worse. How does dunkin screw up their coffee, which is what they are known for? Save your money and wait till you can go to another location. I am so let down and will never waste my money here again.
